I worked there, for 24 years1989-2013 I loved working there, until it was sold, it was never the same. A lot of Good employees went! I saw the commercial, last night celebrating 30 years! I think the General Manager, should of had a more upbeat, more happy influence on the hotel. The former Manager was GREAT!!!

My husband and I stayed there for our first wedding anniversary/my birthday. That was our first time staying in a hotel as grand as this one and it was definitely a fun experience. Absolutely beautiful place! I really cannot stress enough how awesome the staff is. Super accommodating and friendly, always willing to help you out and answer questions. Our room was beautiful and spacious yet cozy. Will definitely be going back!

We have stayed at multiple 5 star facilities across the globe, feel we are very well traveled. In my opinion this is top of the charts, incredible facility, topped only by the staff. They have a 5 star hotel without the smell of pomp and arrogance you find at other properties of similar quality. Well done!

You are greeted cordially and pampered before you ever step into the hotel. The service is impeccable. The meals are superb. If you're looking for luxury from start to finish, this is the place!

Goodness, I love this place, ESPECIALLY the rooms on the executive floor (floor three). The location is perfect and the staff very friendly. I also love that the TVs are equipped with Chromecast so it's super easy to stream whatever you like. The restaurant, Scarpetta, has awesome food, but it's also quite pricey. On the food front, I would recommend walking to one of many options outside the hotel.
